Prior to co-founding IH Group, Dzika was a Director at Renaissance Capital based in Zimbabwe. He helped to build Renaissance Capital's Africa franchise over 3 years, where he rose to Director from Associate in charge of the Equity Product Group covering East, Central, and Southern Africa with a primary focus on Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Prior to joining Renaissance Capital, Dzika set up and ran a boutique research firm in Zimbabwe and has worked both on the sell and buy side in Zimbabwe since 2003. Dzika attended Sherborne School for Boys in the UK and holds a degree in Banking and finance from London School of Economics, University of London.

Salim is a co-founder and Executive Director at IH Group with primary responsibility for their advisory business, IH Advisory, as well as responsibility of overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the group. Prior to co-founding IH Group, Salim was a Manager at KPMG LLP in London, where he worked in their Investment Management and Funds Advisory team for 3 years. Salim was responsible for providing assurance & advisory services to a portfolio of hedge fund and investment management clients. Prior to that Salim worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc, in New York in their Alternative Investments department for a year, where provided assurance and advisory services to hedge fund and private equity managers. Prior to that Salim was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Harare, Zimbabwe for 3 years in their Assurance & Advisory Services department. Salim is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor in Commerce in Financial Accounting from the University of Cape Town.

Daniel qualified as a stockbroker in 2004 and is a registered member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. He has worked in the stock broking industry since 1997. Daniel started his career with Imara Edwards Securities where he spent 4 years. Prior to joining IH Securities, Daniel was the Managing Director of Genesis Securities a position he held for 3 years. Prior to joining IH Securities, Kudzai headed up the dealing desk at Genesis Securities (Private) Limited. Kudzai has investment analysis experience which he attained at the then UKI Securities and Fidelity Securities before moving to the dealing desk. He has at least 8 (eight) years experience in the stockbroking industry in Zimbabwe having been involved in several corporate transactions on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange including Initial Public Offerings in NicozDiamond, Fidelity Life and ZPI; and rights offers in Zimre Holdings Limited and Fidelity Life. Kudzai holds a Master of Science Degree in Finance and Investment (National University of Science and Technology) and an Honours Degree in Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe.

She also carried out studies in International Economics as an affiliate of the Philosophy, Politics and Economics program at Oxford University in the United Kingdom, as part of her undergraduate degree with Stanford University. Whilst in the UK, she participated in an Internship at Lehman Brothers, doing work in Equity Research, as well as Prime Services.
